New Dubai Warehouse Officially Opened, Warehouse Area Doubled_48

Recently, the opening ceremony of the new SANY Parts Dubai Overseas Warehouse was grandly held in the core area of Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Dubai. The official launch of the new warehouse marks a leap forward in SANY Parts’ warehousing and logistics capacity in the Middle East, which will provide more efficient and convenient parts supply services to customers in the Middle East and North Africa, and further strengthen SANY’s market competitiveness in the region.

Since its launch in 2018, the SANY Dubai Warehouse has served as the core hub for parts storage, sorting and distribution across the Middle East and North Africa, delivering reliable parts support to local customers. With the continuous growth of the construction machinery market in the Middle East, the original warehouse could no longer meet the rising demand for parts. After multiple rounds of research and site selection, SANY Parts decided to build a brand-new overseas warehouse in the core JLT area. The new warehouse covers an area of 8,000 square meters – double the size of the old one – and can hold up to 120,000 parts units, covering core components for excavators, cranes, concrete machinery and other full series of construction machinery.

Notably, the new warehouse is fully equipped with an intelligent warehouse management system, introducing advanced facilities including automatic sorting equipment, smart shelves and real-time inventory monitoring systems. Digital management enables intelligent operation throughout the whole process – from parts receipt, storage and sorting to dispatch. This has improved order processing efficiency by more than 50%, while supporting accurate real-time inventory monitoring to reduce overstock and shortage risks. Meanwhile, the new warehouse is adjacent to Dubai International Free Zone and Jebel Ali Port, enjoying a prime location and convenient logistics, enabling fast delivery to major markets in the Middle East and North Africa, with average delivery time shortened by 2–3 working days.

The regional head of SANY Parts for the Middle East stated that the opening of the new Dubai Warehouse is an important milestone in the global logistics layout of SANY Parts. In the future, the company will take the new warehouse as the core to further optimize the logistics and distribution network in the Middle East and North Africa, enhance localized service capabilities, and provide customers with “faster, more accurate and more complete” parts supply services. Local customer representatives attending the opening ceremony also commented that the upgrade of the SANY Dubai Warehouse will effectively solve long lead times and stock shortages, offering more reliable support for the stable operation of equipment.
