New Logistics Route Launched in Africa, Covering Nigeria and Other Countries

Recently, SANY Parts announced a strategic cooperation with Aramex, a leading logistics provider in Africa, officially launching a new logistics route covering key markets including Nigeria and South Africa. The new route has shortened the delivery time of SANY parts in Africa to within 5 working days, effectively solving the problems of long lead times and low efficiency in parts distribution in the African market, and providing local customers with faster and more reliable parts logistics services.

As an emerging growth engine in the global construction machinery market, Africa has seen continuous progress in infrastructure projects in recent years. With reliable performance and high-quality service, SANY construction machinery has been gaining increasing market share in the region. However, relatively weak logistics infrastructure and an incomplete transportation network in Africa have long restricted the timely supply of parts. Previously, the average delivery time for SANY parts shipped to Africa was as long as 15–20 working days, and in some remote areas it could take more than 30 days, seriously affecting the normal operation of customers’ equipment.

To overcome this challenge, after multiple rounds of inspections and evaluations, SANY Parts finally partnered with Aramex, which has a well-established logistics network and extensive operational experience across Africa. The newly launched logistics route uses Dubai as a transit hub and leverages Aramex’s network covering more than 50 countries and regions in Africa, providing direct logistics services from SANY’s Dubai overseas warehouse to key cities such as Lagos, Nigeria and Johannesburg, South Africa. The new route adopts a combined “air freight + local delivery” model, which greatly improves logistics efficiency. Parts dispatched from the Dubai warehouse can reach customers in as fast as 3 working days, with an average stable delivery time of within 5 working days.

At the same time, to ensure service quality, the two parties have also established a real-time logistics tracking system, allowing customers to monitor the shipping status of parts at any time through the official SANY Parts platform. In addition, given the special road conditions in some parts of Africa, Aramex has set up a professional local delivery team to ensure safe and on-time arrival of parts. This cooperation not only launched a new logistics route, but will also gradually establish parts forward warehouses in Nigeria, South Africa and other countries to further enhance localized service capabilities.
