2025 SANY Equipment Maintenance Seminar Concludes Successfully

The 2025 SANY Equipment Maintenance Seminar recently concluded successfully in Wuhan. Hosted by the SANY Parts Business Unit, the event invited 5 senior engineers with over 20 years of experience in the construction machinery industry as lecturers, attracting more than 120 SANY equipment customers from all over the country. Focusing on daily maintenance techniques for core components including hydraulic systems and engines, the seminar delivered professional and practical knowledge through theoretical presentations, case studies, and on-site Q&A sessions, winning high praise from all participants.

With the rapid development of the construction machinery industry, efficient and stable equipment operation has become the key for customers to improve work efficiency and reduce operating costs. Scientific and reasonable daily maintenance is essential to extend service life and minimize breakdowns. For this reason, the SANY Parts Business Unit holds multiple equipment maintenance seminars every year to educate customers and enhance their self-maintenance capabilities. This session was the first in the 2025 series, with more events to be held in Chengdu, Guangzhou, Xi’an and other cities.

At the seminar, the lecturer team delivered detailed explanations on the topics most concerned by customers: hydraulic system maintenance, engine care, filter element replacement, and lubricant selection. During the hydraulic equipment session, lecturers analyzed the causes and preventive measures of common hydraulic system failures with real cases, focusing on hydraulic oil selection standards, replacement intervals, and maintenance tips for hydraulic filter elements. For engine maintenance, they covered key daily inspection items, fuel system care, and winter anti-freezing measures. The lecturers also provided one-on-one guidance for customers’ on-site maintenance problems.

To improve practicality and interaction, the organizer arranged a hands-on demonstration session. Lecturers showed how to use SANY’s new generation filter elements, special lubricants and other high-quality parts, guiding customers through proper replacement and maintenance procedures. Participants actively asked questions about daily operation, and the lecturers responded to each inquiry in detail, creating a lively atmosphere. Mr. Zhang, a customer from Hubei, commented: “This seminar was extremely practical. It solved many of my confusions about equipment maintenance, especially the hydraulic system tips, which will greatly help my future work.”
